Some of these techniques may be perfectly acceptable, while other may get you banned from Google for sure. So then what is internet link building?
Basically, it hinges on the idea of creating what are called BACKLINKS. This term is used to denote any links TO your website FROM another website. These can be very useful to you in a variety of ways. First, they can give you a lot of free traffic, particularly if the backlink is from a website that itself has a lot of visitors. Secondly, the search engines tend to take more notice of sites that have a number in inbound links across the internet. There are other benefits but these two are the principal ones, at least from the point of view of making money online.
That’s fine, but how can you get people to put links to your website?
Well, you can’t simply ask someone to put a link to you on their site can you? The answer to that, strange though it may seem, is that you sometimes can do just that. Ask!
